(FeedBack Wanted) Blue Wave Ripple

This is an attempt at building a Blue Wave deck with Ripples as a rush engine. The Ripples allow you to dominate the early game depending on your match up should you wish, and also proivde some rush protection by having the 10K grade 2 vanguard with Palvos, as in my playtesting I've found that rushing Grade 2s can be detrimental occasionally to Blue Wave.
