Not necessarily, the focus here is not aggression but pressure. This is a beat down styled deck and not a tiny creature aggro in which grade 2s are your tiny creatures and the beat down comes from the guard press from Immortal Sword and criticals of Higher Deity as well as a decent finish when you need to with Suleiman and Livarot.
